We can offer loans from £50,000 to £1m and provide funds on either a 1st or 2nd charge security basis. Larger loans can be considered on a case by case basis.

Momentum Finance Group is funded by a bank of investors including institutional funding.

How quickly can I receive my money?. . .

This is very much dependent on how quickly you are able to provide the correct and relevant paperwork. Once the correct paperwork is provided and due diligence has been completed, we are often able to complete cases within a matter of weeks.

How long can I have a Bridging or Development Loan for?. . .

Our loan terms are between 1-12 months however this is determined on a case by case basis. For Development Finance our terms are between 6-24 months.

Can a loan be repaid early?. . .

Yes, loans can be repaid early without penalty. We also allow ad-hoc capital repayments, which reduces the interest costs.
