The prospect had purchased a former public house and hotel in the North East which they had planning permission to convert into a mixed residential/ commercial site of 100,000 sqft.

The prospect required £200,000 very quickly after being let down by other lenders, the site was derelict for the 2 years prior to the purchase and work had already started on the site. The property is over 3 floors and will be converted into 10 serviced bedrooms for contractors, 3 residential flats and the ground floor will be separated into 4 commercial units which is in prime position in the city centre.

We 1st charged the site and provided funds for the work to continue which will see the serviced bedrooms completed in 4 weeks and the overall development completed by Jan 2021

The facility was introduced, by a trusted broker and we were able to get the deal done within 12 days from start to finish, leaving a very happy client.
